Blue Screen Error - Won't Start in any mode...

Hello Everyone,

I am new to computers and I really need some help. I was just on the internet and I downloaded a program, I then restarted my computer and it won't start in any mode. I tried, normal, all of the safe modes and Last Known Configuration. I am really mad about this and never had this problem before.

Once I click on of those options a blue screen pops up and says exactly this :

(A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

UNTOUCHABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,

restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps :

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.

If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or safety manufacturer

for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware

or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.

If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select safe mode.

I have tried safe mode and everything I can. Can someone please help me as soon as possible?

Also my computer is a Dell Inspiron 1501 if that helps.

I am new to computers, so I will need step-by-step instructions.

Or should I just get some computer person to come over to my house and fix it?

Thanks, but it says to install stuff on your computer... How do you do that without being logged on to Windows?

Also it says to run the chkdsk /r command from Recovery Console. Can you explain how to do that?

As well as Irene's suggestion, try this click here

There is a possibility that a cable inside the computer has become loose so, if you feel confident in doing so, check that all the internal plugs and sockets are fully pushed home to where they should be. If you aren't confident, it may be better to get someone to look at it for you.
