Also, when you get going again, I STRONGLY urge you to make a full backup of your system and keep it up to date. There is lots of information about backing up on here and elsewhere.

you can't really disabled your control panel with tweakui... it will only hide the icon from control panel..

you can still open all feature in control panel by opening the *.cpl file in system folder...

as an example... when you open "Accessibility Options", you're actually opening "access.cpl" from "C:\Windows\System32"...
