I forgot my password to my admin account, so i put my windows cd in, i run windows to repair my files, Then restarted my pc. I then pressed shift + f10 and a prompt came up, i opend my administaring account and changed my password useing my control pannel. Then i installed windows normally and it asked for my cd-key so i put it in. It accepted my cd-key, Then i let the installation compleate, but know when i log on '

comes up, i have tryed pressing yes and it just log's me off my account, also when i press no it logs me of aswell.

any help? please :(

Found the following on Google.

If you can't activate over the internet then you will

have to do it by phone. Start the activation wizard -

Start/All Porgrams/Accessories/System tools/Activate

Windows. Folow the wizard through to activate by phone -

this is a free phone number. The first thing that will

happen is the wizard will generate an activation number.

What you need to do is dial the free phone number (the

wizard application will ask what country you are in and

then supply you with the relevant telephone number). When

you get through to the activation centre you will need to

tell them the activation number xp generated - hence you

need to be in front of your pc at the time of calling.

Next the activation centre will give you another code

number which you need to type into the space provided in

the activation wizard. Once you have typed in this code

and press the relevant buttons your copy of xp should

activate.

thanks dude, but i cannot log on to be able to do that, it wont log on at all becuase of that thing, no matter what i press it logs me of

(IM Currently useing my old pc to come on here, luckly it still works)

ok thanks, tryed that number but they give me a number for tech support, that sent me somewere else, then back to evesham wich were closed, so i shall try again later, thanks :lol:
