It is fairly common for Windows Genuine Check to make mistakes. If your Windows copy is genuine (and you can prove it), contact Microsoft and get them to issue you with a new Product Key.

If your Windows installation is not genuine, there is not a lot you can do about it apart from paying up to get a genuine copy.
