Danny Posted May 7, 2007 Report Share Posted May 7, 2007 Okay Hey, I don't really know how to explain this problem because I don't know the cause of the problem, or what the problem is. I will try to explain the best I can.When using the keyboard I can go all time I'm using it without any problems, but with sometimes it can mess up. It messes up by not letting me to use the keyboard, say I wanted to click a programme it wouldn't click it.My whole computer would just mess up, I try to type and it wouldn't come up and say I pressed a letter Control Alt and Delete system would come up, and stuff like that. I've gone onto on screen keyboard and tried using that, it appears Shift is on. I've tried to look at the sticky keys options but I can't as my PC isn't well.. isn't 100% legit. Not my fault, the PC repair guy had put XP back on after a problem and shortly after it expired. So yeah, after reading through that is there anything I can do to fix it? Please describe clearly what you are trying to do, how you do it, and what happens as a result.Since you think the keyboard is the cause of the problem, can you tell us what kind of keyboard it is (PS/2, USB)? Not my fault, the PC repair guy had put XP back on after a problem and shortly after it expired.Possibly the first thing to do would be make the system 100% legit - if a PC repair guy is involved, isn't some of the responsibility with him in this problem?Have you tried a different keyboard? Sakura Posted May 7, 2007 Report Share Posted May 7, 2007 Hi I'm new :) Danny do you mean the 30 day Windows activation had run out ? if so the PC repair guy should have used Windows XP full OS disk to format and partition "even if you have one partition" your HDD and then perform a clean install of Windows XP "repair / reloads don't always work, you may now be experiencing confrontations within Windows itself and this will cause problems with Windows drivers and 3rd party drivers, does your keyboard come with its own drivers ? and do you have the Windows XP disk ?
