It reboots when it happens I don't have a usable screen capture program, so I copied the text of the dialog box: The system has recovered from a serious error.A log of this error has been created.The details it shows are: (i have win xp pro) Error signature BCCode : 10000050 BCP1 : E2557000 BCP2 : 00000000 BCP3 : F6C74EA8 BCP4 : 00000001 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1I sent a report to M-soft, so it shows this:he following files will be included in this error report:C:\DOCUME~1\Owner.NJR\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERf6a2.dir00\Mini060807-01.dmpC:\DOCUME~1\Owner.NJR\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERf6a2.dir00\sysdata.xmlI will look at thes efiles to see if I can fix, but I'm asking for help from this forum. Boris Posted June 9, 2007 Report Share Posted June 9, 2007 To stop the automatic rebootingRight click My Computer, Properties, Advanced, Startup and Recovery, Settings and uncheck "Automatically restart" under System failurethen the next time your PC crashes, the BSOD error will remain on the screen.The fact that you can't find the minidump file - Mini060807-01.dmpis no great loss as the contents are not very user friendly to a normal person ! I have set to show hidden files.Well, the files are only there untill you press "send" since its temp files, so if you want it, recreate the crash, copy the files to the desktop (COPY!!) and send...
