Unwanted Processes

I personally hate unneeded processes. 99% of the time from my computer starting i CTRL+ALT+DEL to end Meaningless Processes that cant be ended with MSCONFIG. (IE:ULCDRSrv.exe [896k], PnkBstrA.exe [2,540k], ehsched.exe [2,760k], ANIWZXDSdS.exe [3,964k]) However i have Grown Tired of Ending 12 Processes worth of junk.

Is there a program that keeps programs like these out off of my Startup? (Somthing on windows already hopefully)

It's free and will advise you what is autostarting and allow you to turn off/disable anything in your startup

I believe that -

ulcdrsvr.exe is a part of Ulead DVD Workshop

PnkBstrA.exe is punkbuster (used in gaming)

ehSched.exe adds multimedia functions all throughout Windows XP, part of Windows Media Center and "schedules" certain media center events

Startup Inspector is definitely a superb free program. It cuts my startup time in half. Take Boris's advice. :D
