deuces wild Posted August 4, 2007 Report Share Posted August 4, 2007 We have a computer in a spare bedroom and it will not allow me to install and run a defrag program. When I tried to install Perfect Disk I am told the HD is locked. When I open the program the HD is not recognized. When I tried to install Diskeeper I get the following error message and it will not finish the installation:Error 1920. Service Diskeeper failed to start.
