Boris Posted August 21, 2007 Report Share Posted August 21, 2007 You could try removing Windows Installer 3.1 via Control Panel / Add and Remove ProgramsThen go to Windows Update and install it again ?orCheck Windows Services to see if the "Windows Installer" Service is started ?
