I am a newbie and desperately seeking help from the kind experts here.Last sunday, I installed a new harddisk drive to my notebook. The HP Recovery CD & Driver CD were used to reload XP Pro. It was then followed by a lenghty Windows update.Here comes the problem. These 2 days, Win Explorer simply refuses to cooperate. it refuses to allow me to explore my folders, attach emails and even to the point of shutting down the 3rd party app that I was using, incl Outlook, forcing a reboot of the app. I had reinstall MS Office 2003, IE7 + updates.
