repeating sign in outlook

[no geek here]

Hello

I changed over to internet Explorer with outlook express.

now each time I want to read my e mail I have to re sign in

even if I check the remember my pasword box.

any help would be nice

I use Comcast service , they can't /or won't help ?

Microsoft can't help?because HP ser# is a (ome ) number?

i'm no Geek but will try with a little help from my friends.

I Just tried this opened outlook exp.

clicked on tools then account, then mail, properties then server, filled in password and remember

my password then apply and ok

It still won't work????????????

Thanks all I have solved the problem I don't have outlook express problems

I thought I was using this program and discovered Comcast has used a program called web mail with internet explorer

this was the problem I JUST GOT RID OF IT HE, HE, HE. He.

It's fascinating how even just posting a problem to this board sometimes helps us solve it ourselves, even if no one comes up with a solution. I've found this myself, as no geek here has also solved his own problem. I think it's partly because when you have to put the problem into words, it makes you think about the logic of it and it's possible causes & solutions. Keep up the good work Windows Forum and all members!
