TERBOW Posted August 3, 2003 Report Share Posted August 3, 2003 Hi , a little info please.A cd writer burns data without any error messages,but on completion,the pc cannot find anything on the cd,any ideas or suggestions :unsure: system/ windows xp pro. 128mb ram/ 20gig hdd 80% free space-cpu pentium111.tried burning at slower speeds,makes no difference,also tried nero and easy cdall with latest drivers for xp pro. Agent Smith Posted August 3, 2003 Report Share Posted August 3, 2003 TERBOW, what happens if you write some data files to the disc? And how do your apparently failed discs appear from within your writing software. eg in nero, put the disc in the drive and select medium information. Does it say that the disc already has a session on it?It may be that the discs you are writing need to be finalised, and not left as multi-session.Mr. M.
