ced
you know what? i am gonna do what i always do when i have problems.just reinstall the gotda** windows (AGAIN). it`s just something i do everytime wrong. the last install was less then a month ago.my opinion about this: DONT install UAA on windows XP SP2. it just screws up the whole installation.or at least make a system recovery point (i didnt. , i know i should, but i forgot.)--ced
-pops-
Don't you keep an up-to-date full system backup? Much easier and quicker than doing a re-install. You don't incur the wrath of MS either by constantly re-activating the system.

ced
yeah, i know i should. but my install is so bad it doesnt last longer than a month. as long as i keep screwing up my installs it`s no use making backups.and btw: i use nLite to stream all things like my serial and all drivers. (which are sorta hard to find, because i have an vista laptop. all parts are not supported under XP so i have to search every driver on my own.)as soon as i got an good install i back it up, but for now i havent got that. thx everyone anyway. :D ced
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Just do a clean install, apply all fixes, defragment, then take one good backup.
