I've been noticing some consistent behavior these past few days.I've been getting loads of hardware interrupts and the computer is becoming really slow, frequently getting irresponsive by merely right-clicking on something. Which is either caused by harddrive or by my network driver...Who knows :)Are there any hopes for fixing this without reinstalling? Because I don't wanna stall anymore, this is frustrating enough as it is. If I need a clean reinstall just tell me. Otherwise please provide me with a solution. andsome Posted January 25, 2008 Report Share Posted January 25, 2008 If your problems are hardware related, reinstalling as many times as you like won't make any difference at all. That article seemed to imply that most causes of a interrupt storm are hardware related. I'm beggining to think this has some hardware cause. I'll be getting a new burner anyway, so the gyus at the store will be able to check it out.
