Craig Posted August 4, 2003 Report Share Posted August 4, 2003 I’m here writing this topic to give an official apology to Andsome to say sorry for any embarrassment caused by a topic that was created earlier on this evening.As we all know, people can get wound up and express their views in what can be blunt ways. This is no excuse, but unfortunately from time to time this sort of behaviour will occur.I hope this won’t happen again on the forum, and I hope that Andsome will accept this apology.Craig. There is no need to apologise to me at all. I am perfectly happy to be the butt of jokes, and would like to feel that my good looks have provided a few good laughs. I am afraid however, that I have responded in a rather aggresive manner to northamuk, after what I read as a rather bitter posting. It has never been my intention to offend, only to try and give a laugh here and there, but I get the feeling that our pipe smoking friend has really got p****d off with me as he put it. Carry on picking on me to your hearts content, northamuks comment is so far the only one that I have felt put out by. No one to date should ever have felt the need to apologise to me. I have always treated this forum as a bit of light hearted fun. I have always seen any derogatory postings in the light hearted fun attitude with which they were meant, and will carry on doing so. Northamuk's posting was the first time that I have sensed real bitterness, and the need to reply in a similar vein. Now that hopefully everything has blown over, I hope that Craig will send northamuk a personal e-mail, and explain that there are no hard feelings and that he should return to this forum, where in the past he has made many valuable contributions.
