catgate Posted February 15, 2008 Report Share Posted February 15, 2008 Entertaining.Johnny Stephens, the Partnership's fixed penalties chief,....I wonder if they have a chief for variable penalties and a chief for breaking wind and another chief for making silly statements.It's nice to see a con man get his comeuppance, but I wonder how much interest would have been taken in his activity if it had been something as insignificant as say an ISP conning the public with over-egged speed claims.
