Mike567 Posted March 26, 2008 Report Share Posted March 26, 2008 So I have a Epson d68 I just dusted off recently, put new ink cartridges in it, but I get splotched all over the page as well as a large ink mark at the top of the page and it goes in wonky. whats going on?is it the ink thats causing the splotches?Maybe I should clean it, how do you clean a printer? This frequently felt obliged to do the "Jet Cleaning" routine. I suspect this was simply to use up plenty of ink. During this operation it used to spray it around, like a drunk behind a bus shelter, and there was always a load transferred to the rollers.
