-pops-
If it shuts down without any warning and there's nothing in the device manager giving any hints, then it is very likely to be overheating.Ensure that all fans are working properly and that they (and heatsinks) are not clogged with dust and dirt. catgate
Might it be a PSU problem? Presumably when it starts up again it reboots rather than just carry on from where is shut down?

Boris
Turn off automatic restarting ? :-Click Start, and then right-click My Computer.Click Properties.Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.Under System failure, click to clear the "Automatically restart" check box.Click OK, and then click OK.When the problem next happens, you should hopefully get an error message which you can post here. Boris
Because you've recently re-installed - there may be a driver conflict ?You've truncated the error message a bit ? Fuller text would be more helpful.Ff the above errors, - 0x0000000A is referred to at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314063
