shokan
Hi,Opening my Hotmail account has become very slow, sometimes impossible. I have cable hi-speed. It has gone on for days and does not matter what time of day. Any site like MSN or Sympatico/MSN (Canada) is also difficult to open, never mind logging in to my Hotmail account. All other sites open fine. Logging on to my email from other PCs at other locations nearby with same ISP works fine. I tried System Restore to before the problem started... no effect.Any ideas? Thanks.PS I have to go to an internet cafe to do emails! AlanHo
If you are using IE as a browser - try adding the hotmail URL to your Options - Security - Trusted Sites.
shokan
If you are using IE as a browser - try adding the hotmail URL to your Options - Security - Trusted Sites. Thanks, I'll do that but I am at an internet cafe to email right now. I am wondering, though, why this problem suddenly occurred. I didn't change any setting.
shokan
I did that but it made no difference. I now get a green highlighted address field when trying to login. It has a small field to the right, also green highlighted, with "Verisign" and a lock icon. I click on this and it says the certificate is verified. As of this evening, logging onto my Hotmail account is no longer difficult... now, it doesn't open at all. I signed up with GMail. shokan00@gmail.comthe 0's are numerals. AlanHo
Never advertise your Email address on a forum - unless you collect spam and malware for a hobby.
andsome
You should PM one of the mods and ask them to delete your e mail address, I agree with Alan. :D
