Saving Flash pages to your computer?

Hello!

I have some things (many pages long) that I need to save to my disk.

Since my internet is slow, but I have a friend that has fast internet.

I need this material for studying.

I was wondering if there was a way to save either a page range, or all pages within a page (if you know what I mean) to the hard-disk (with links working between documents).

I have heard of a few type things (offline web-browser or something like that), but I'm not sure which is best, or if any support flash.

Please reply with software or firefox addons that will be able to achieve this for me.

Thanks in advance,

Panarchy

Thanks...

A bit confusing on how to use it (I'm accessing it via cmd)...

Let's say it was this forum, can you tell me exactly what one would type in to save everything under... miscellaneous Related.

Or to save the entire forum (if that is easier to do).

Please reply with instructions!

Thanks in advance,

Panarchy

Just tried

wget -k

:(

Gave me main.html, with just the border.

I mean, I tried disconnecting the internet and going through main.html (cause it was showing me what I needed to know). It said connection error.

Please tell me what to type.

Wget works very nicely, and is one of the most flexible programs for this sort of application. It is a command-line driven program, and therefore not very easy to use. One must actually read the manual/help in order to understand its very wide functionality.

It can also be run as a scheduled batch file, which allows regular downloads of the same nature.
