catgate
Whilst having my evening glass of pils I was idly perusing bits and pieces and came upon two items :-1) "... she was now looking for ways to substitute less expensive items in order to keep to her facility's daily food budget of £1.90 per prisoner.2)"....One of the best performing hospitals among those surveyed was Northampton General which has a wastage rate of 3.5%, amounting to £14,000 per year. The hospital spends an average of £1.70 per patient per day and serves 432,000 meals a year. andsome
Very illuminating. There is also the sad fact that if a patient in hospital wants the use of a phone or television, they have to pay. Prisoners get coloured TV in their cosy cells.
Sir T Fireball
Prisoners get coloured TV in their cosy cells.Considering the quality of todays TV schedules, I'd say it borders on inhumane treatment of prisoners. Force them to watch 24/7 :D
