Guest Nellie2
Windows stores all the information about how your computer runs and your preferences in a part of the system called the Registry. Before making any changes to your PC... including modifying the Registry itself it is a good idea to back up the Registry. If you need to restore the Registry later, replace its existing files with the copies you saved during back-up. There are a couple of online guides offering advice on how to backup the Registryhttp://www.security-tips.com/backup-registry.htmhttp://www.basichardware.com/backup_window...s_registry.html
