dammaj Posted November 3, 2008 Report Share Posted November 3, 2008 hi allI have a problem and I don't understand:I have a laptop FUJITSU SIEMENS LIFEBOOK SERIES Sthe keyboard and mouse pad dont work nowit s work before I enter windows (XP pro)in device manager it says for the keyboard:Standard 101-102-key or Microsoft natural PS/2 keyboardand it says in device status:A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.Same error for the mouse (PS/2 Compatible mouse)I did 'uninstall' many times but it didnt workI plugged usb keyboard and mouse but I want to use my laptop keyboard and pad.thanks and sorry for my english im french Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
