Mikey666
Is there a good one of these products you're using you can recommend? Does it do anything for you? What is it all about?I've been using Macs from 1989 and never known any problems to this very day. I'm sure bad stuff happens, but what's it like? How crucial is it to use protection from this stuff? Hb_Kai
It actually matters on how you use your internet from what I've seen.Online gamers less than most, but also "hacker"/warez/torrent, etc. forums will get you targeted for this type of thing. Also downloading files off the internet, visiting untrusted websites, all this type of stuff. Also what type of software you download is another thing, and where from.If you never do any of this, visit trusted/safe websites and whatever, you're not prone to be attacked as much. There is a slight chance though. But even if you do do all this, a little protection just helps to reassure you that you're less likely even more now that you have a firewall/anti-virus protection.Comodo Internet Security is my favourite firewall / anti-virus, and I usually recommend it a lot. andsome
If you want one of the best security suites put ESET into Google and have a look at the Nod 32 full security suite. The cost is very low. There are free ones of course . but they are not so functional as Nod. In ten years it has never failed to find a virus in the wild. Then back this up with SUPERANtiSpyware and Malware bytes. Both these anti Malware programs have excellent free versions. :D
