-pops- Posted February 5, 2009 Report Share Posted February 5, 2009 From memory, this is something to do with NVidea drivers and Macrovision copy protection when, some time ago, Macrovision insisted that a blocker be put on graphics card software to prevent an output to a television. There is an extensive discussion here http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?t=24370 about it. The real answer is not to use your computer for playing commercial (copy protected) DVDs.
