Computer Startup Trouble -- Hardware Related?

I am having trouble starting up my computer. I press the power button, and instantly I get a "No Signal" on the monitor. I sent the monitor back and got a brand new one today toll-free, and still "No-Signal" instantly. So, there is no hope of going into BIOS or other utilities. I tried the Monitor's menu tools but there is nothing wrong there.

So hardware-wise, I entered my computer. I grounded myself out before entering, made sure the Video-Card was snug, and everything seems to be fine. When I turn on my computer, I head "two beeps" from the mobo and the Video-Card's fan spins like it should. I was having memory problems with the computer when it was functioning, so I replaced the RAM today, and I made sure it formatted my motherboard before replacing it. Everything is hooked up and seems to be working right, but, it's not working right.

I get "No Signal" on the screen, and my Saitek Eclipse keyboard does not respond, although, my Logitech Optical Mouse does.

I appreciate any help.
