catgate Posted March 10, 2009 Report Share Posted March 10, 2009 If you reformatted the drive whilst the files were on it I think for all practical purposes you have lost them.It maybe that your local police spying and forensic dept. has software to find some of it but, I think as an ordinary mortal you had better do like the poiticians do and "learn lessons " from it.
