andsome
I am still using Diskeeper 10 and am perfectly happy with it. I tried Diskeeper 2009, and it too is a great program, but not worth doing away with Diskeeper 10 and paying for afresh. Anyone who does not use Diskeeper should certainly consider downloading the 2009 trial version.

I have tried several times to update Diskeeper 10, but am always informed that me e mail address has not been recognised. This is rather funny, because i get regular e mails from them offering me Diskeeper 2009. This topic has prompted me to send them an e mail. :D

bob_b
I can't upgrade the software on my homeserver because it states that I must uninstall the console first which I have done but I get an unknown error so now I can neither reinstall, upgrade or uninstall your software; the main part of your software still thinks that the console is installed. Probably the most frustrating part of this experience has been your company's failure to respond to any technical support requests (there have been 3 so far) and your company does not have a phone number to call for support. So what does it take to get an employee of your company to respond to support requests, do I need to cut off my left ear?
