Gordon Posted May 31, 2009 Report Share Posted May 31, 2009 Hello, Frankly I dont have an explanation for this do you? This happens until about an hour of system runtime. After that time its fine usually. The problem is when I run a web browser (Safari, IE8, Opera) the system stops responding so anything which is Vista does not respond (Explorer, system bottom bar, start button, desktop, task manager). Has this been a problem for a long time or just recently?Anyway, if you do ever figure out that the above is the problem, Mozilla's SeaMonkey is a good, light and useful browser. But no. -pops- Posted June 3, 2009 Report Share Posted June 3, 2009 With the same notion as the suggestion above, how many programs do you have running in the background?What size is the RAM you have available on the machine?You could try turning off the Indexing service for the hard drive(s). Gordon Posted June 3, 2009 Author Report Share Posted June 3, 2009 I got 3 gigs of ram. This happens if running any programs on background or not - that does not influence it. Now what is really weird? When I first run Mozilla and than Safari there is no problem at all. If I choose any other application instead of Mozilla first the problem occurs. It is not so much of a problem just curious what the hell could produce this kind of behavior. Why does this happen in case of 3 browsers IE included and not Mozilla?
