-pops- Posted July 2, 2009 Report Share Posted July 2, 2009 Interesting but I wouldn't get too excited about it.Having been a beta tester for a number of Windows versions (up to and including XP) I know that Microsoft, for any number of reasons, make announcements about marketing aspects and technological advancements that will be included in the final version of the test OS only to find at the final launch that a lot, if not all, of these "tempters" have been abandoned. This includes items that were in the beta version being tested.There may be good reasons for this abandonment such as the program not being quite ready or some licensing dispute but then, these innovations don't materialise in the next incarnation either.
