How do I make a bootable DVD.

I have a iso file of Win 7 7600 x64 rtm.

I want to install Win 7 x64 onto my third partition.

The partition are big.

XP is on the first, Win 7 x86 on the second. I dual boot.

I cannot run the x64 setup file from within XP.

PC is set to boot from CD.

I tried googling but understood nothing I found.

I need to burn the iso onto a bootable DVD.

How do you do it...

Thanks for the link Alan. Most helpful.

I am using any freebie app.

I cannot see that any of them make a bootable disc.

Any of those apps can burn a file - I can do that.

I wish to make a bootable DVD that will run the iso file when I reboot.

Simples :)

Thanks Boris, I was under the impression that I needed to create a system boot disc while burning the iso to DVD. It seems the iso can do the boot bit itself. A little knowledge can be a dangerous thing.

Anyway all done now.

I can triple boot; XP Pro/Win7/Win7x64.

I wanna give x64 a trial. Just to see what of my apps it will run and what won't.

(I am not a gamer)
