I have ran disk cleaner and Disk keeper multiple times and frequently. I have tried deleting files I no longer need. I don't know much about computers to begin with, but I don't know what else I could possibly do. I check my harddrive space frequently and even just before: I had approx. 21 GB and then out of nowhere, I checked about 2 hours later (after doing some work on Microsoft Office), and it was down to 18.8GB. However, I had an over abundance of them due to scheduling. I took my computer to an IT specialist who got rid of all the ones I didn't need.
