I have just seen this daft idea repeated in a report on the latest lunacy by Millipede the larger :-Britain has set a legally binding target to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions to at least 80 per cent below 1990 levels by 2050 andWhat happens when 2051 comes and the target has not been met? Will the entire population be clapped in jail? They certainly will not be fined because they will have no money left by then. Or will they dig up our present bunch of bent commissars and heave their corpses into jail (where they ought to be right now).Or is this yet another devious ploy to get Gordon's brother a bonus????
