Constancebwn Posted November 18, 2009 Report Share Posted November 18, 2009 what happens is the bios loads fine then it gets up to the first windows xp loading screen u know the one w/ the black screen and the little blue loading bar thing and then it restarts and does it again. Any ideas on how i can fix this? the computer is a emachine w3503 with windows xp if that helps any.
