eludlow Posted November 20, 2009 Report Share Posted November 20, 2009 A colleague want to print some Powerpoint slides, but when he prints, it misses out any images that have been pasted into the slides. The formatting is all kept the same, but there is just blank space where the images should be. This is on a Vista machine. However, printing from my Windows 7 PC works fine, and also from my XP netbook. So I've since tried on two other Vista machines, one which prints fine and one which doesn't - all three Vista machines have the same driver on.I've even tried copying the images OUT of the Powerpoint document into Word, and from there they'll print fine.Any ideas what's doing this?Thanks,Ed Ludlow Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As I said previously, I don't have Vista, but you could try the - Insert an object - option, then browse to the chart. That is how it works in XP and Office 2007.
