doug Posted December 10, 2009 Report Share Posted December 10, 2009 My fault I'm sure. Have been playing about with video editing, recently, trialling various tools for burning to DVD. I now see that all my stored video clips have now have a watermark imposed on all the clips, even those that haven't been touched this year. This watermark says www.pegasusimaging.com. Boris Posted December 10, 2009 Report Share Posted December 10, 2009 ...... after you've removed the files (pvmjpg21.dll, pvmjpg20.dll, pvmjpg20.hlp, pvljpg20.dll, pvwv220.dll, pvmjpg30.dll, and pvmjpg30.chm) above - try this ?Carefully select all the movie icons with the PICVideo watermark on them and then right-click on one of the icons. You should see an item on the menu that pops up called "Refresh Thumbnail". Select this item and force Explorer to regenerate the thumbnails, the PICVideo watermark should now be gone from the icons. doug Posted December 10, 2009 Author Report Share Posted December 10, 2009 Success, After some searching for the applications, with any result, I followed the recommendations in the moviecodec link and just deleted the pvmjpg21.dll from my system32 folder and they've gone. Was very wrried that I was going to transfer some nasties to my new PC when it arrives and I am allowed to play with it after Christmas day!
