Okay I've seen the diffrence versions, Starter, Ultimate, Professional etc.

I've seen there RAM limits. Does it mean much you can have or the least because.

I'm getting windows7.iso and going to install it but I only have 448 mg of ram, Will I be able to do it. I will be getting the starter I think but I do know it's the x32 bit system

It needs

1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)

I have been very happy with Windows 7 using 2 GB RAM, except that doing one job on Publisher I was told to close some programs as I was short of memory, so I'm getting another 2GB tomorrow. It is not all that expensive. As things stand for you at present, either forget it or upgrade the RAM. :D
