philpense
Attempting to import .jpg files to a new MacBook. Apparently, the .jpg extension is not an acceptable file format but there is no information on what is. Guidance on the appropriate file extension and conversion appreciated. Seshomaru Samma
I seriously doubt OSX refuses to accept a .jpgI'm certain your Macbook can handle a .jpgThere must be some other problem. What kind of error are you getting?Where are you importing it from? alextj
Jpg (JPEG) is a standard image compression and without a doubt it is supported on Mac OS X!As Seshomaru says, the problem is elsewhere.
