I've got quite a few things working that way. :) Right click on app/driver to be installed. Choose: Properties. Then the "Compatibility" tab. XP from the dropdown box. Ruthy Posted January 25, 2010 Author Report Share Posted January 25, 2010 Hi It didn’t work in XP mode. But someone else pointed me to the manufacturer’s site which had drivers for Vista. So I had to run the phone program in compatibility mode as well as Skype. MANEMAN Posted January 28, 2010 Report Share Posted January 28, 2010 Hi Bustor,Luckily with Windows 7 that analogy is a bit flawed, unlike Vista which could be a bit of a swine at times.The majority of software and hardware designed to run with Windows XP will run perfectly well with Windows 7.Lack of Updating drivers by manufacturers is one of the biggest problems.If you install as below.
