I do not understand what you are trying to say, according to your post you have 2 C: drives and this cannot be, can you post a picture of your Disk Management.

Or are you trying to delete programs from your C: drive to free up space.

If you only have one drive then the operating system will not let you format it without a re-install.

My guess is that there are two windows in Disc Management, one above the other.

The top wondow lists all the drives by drive letter and gives some data for each.

In the lower window the drives are shown diagrammatically.

Hence you will see a C: drive shown twice - but they are the same drive.

I don't understand why the capacity differs in each window - but I do understand why the format, extend and delete volume options are greyed out on the C: drive. It is because it is the system drive holding the operating system.
