artist
I have had trouble all day - I get 'page unavailable'Had to change to another home page in the end.Getting an error message on OE'Host Mail.virgin.net could not be found. Please veryfy that you have entered the server name correctly' ( at this point I was already connected - checked it out - all ok) 'Protocol:POP3, Part 110. Secure(SSL):No socket error:11001, Error Number:OX800CCCOD'This started before downloading the USB update and I have yet to succeed with the AVG. So Nothing new, really. mark2
Could be a connection/network problem with your ISP artist, especially as it throws up a problem with OE.
Guest moon
I just connected to AVG using 'Update' in 17 seconds so it's up and running.

artist
Could be a connection/network problem with your ISP artist, especially as it throws up a problem with OE.Saw this - I'm told that I am 'connected to remote computer' and get the little screens on the bar to show I am connected. It's after that that the trouble starts.

mark2
It certainly indicates a problem locally, did you say you are on 56k ?Did it go any further with the trace, any more hops?Problems could be with poor signal to noise ratio on your line, or a problem at the server at that point. Guest LB
you need to put the screen into a NEW BITMAP IMAGE. (just rightclick and go onto NEW and it should be there.)once you have done that, just add it as an attatchment.......
