andsome Posted June 3, 2010 Report Share Posted June 3, 2010 When I wanted to reinstall Windows 7, I found that it was no good trying to boot from the DVD, I got the same result as you. Start the computer in the normal way, then put the DVD into the drive, and choose from the options offered. It will wipe the old installation and reinstall, completely different method to XP.
