Hope it turns out as good as last week.

Last Friday AlanHo and his good lady dropped in to see us. The weather was good so we sat in the garden and chatted for a few hours.

Alan and I limited the computer talk to about 30 minutes so as not to pee the ladies off too much. :)

It was a really enjoyable afternoon. After Alan left I went and picked up the trailer with the staging for a Saturday concert at St.Petrocs church in Bodmin.

The choir turnout was about 170 strong with an audience of 250. - Good concert.

Sunday was rest up day.

I see you have changed your picture Alan. What a fine example of the male species you are. :P

John.

For some strange reason, even though I was on the forum yesterday afternoon and later in the evening - I didn't spot this thread until this morning.

I had already posted something a couple of days ago about our most enjoyable meeting Click Here

I decided to change my avatar to give you, andsome and gandalph a run for your money. We seem to be the only brave immodest souls willing to post our recent photos as an avatar - (with the possible addition of rong of course  )

Please check your Emails - I have sent you a question................ B)

My brother in laws choir are celebrating another year as the oldest male voice choir in Birmingham and have invited several other choirs for a massed male voice concert in Symphony Hall in October. They always have some good guest singers and dancers. A few years ago the main guest was Willard White, a superb singer. BRILLIANT.:)

Yep. Okay Alan I've played catchup with the posts you've made, seen your email and will reply today.

As you will see from some of today's posts, I have spent a fair amount of time trying to explain away one of andsome's enigmatic posts so that the poor bloke "dabbler" *Here* doesn't get any more confused than he already is.

This is time that I could have better spent answering your email, but there you go. All part of lifes rich tapestry. :P :P

How very dare you !

I am two full sandwiches short of a picnic, and had taken my medication a full hour before we met. :)

andsome.

Yes indeed *Sir Willard White* is a fine singer. Our Musical Director has played for him on several occasions.
