Archiving Messages

Hello doug, it is fairly straight forward to archive your PM's. You have already found the archive section, so the next step is to decide on what you wish to archive. You can only do a maximum of 50 at a time, so if you have more than that in your storage, you will need to repeat the process for the rest of your PM's.

Simply make your choices from the drop down boxes (see attached image), I personally would suggest that you choose the HTML option, as this is easier to view when you receive it, and click the process button.

You will then receive an email with an attached HTML page containing the selected messages. Simply save this on your pc, and just double-click to view.

One quick note, if you need to archive in more than one go, the attachments you receive will have the same name (pm_archive.html), so you will need to rename them if you wish to save them in the same directory.

Hope this helps. Regards. Mr. Mouse.
