Can't identify a file.

I would like to know if there is a database of system files that are supposed to be in there. I can't identify an application file called atisvc_dsjhlkvby and 2 .dll files called ATIDLL_rvlrbgwxm.dll and AWTKernel32_lwfrqrseb.dll . Does anybody know what they come from or what their function is? Also, that folder (called c:windows/system32/cnele) is missing ieshims.dll. which apparently is found in the one of the internet explorer folders. I can't seem to get the file over to the cnele folder; does anyone know how to do this? I can't drag and drop it; that doesn't work for system files.

Let me start by asking you what your Windows version is.

The normal way to identify files is to right-click|Properties, where you should get some file information in the Version tab. However, these files/filenames look strange, and my second question is if you recently did a full virus/malware scan on your system?

Regarding a folder named 'cnele', I have no idea what that is; why do you think there must be some ie dll in there? If you have any missing system files, they will be replaced if you run the System File Scanner.

Boris has done the legwork for you.I would suggest that you take his advice and rid yourself of this parasite.

I do not know what antivirus/malware you are using but Microsoft has a free product by the name of Microsoft Security Essentials that I find quite reliable and runs silently in the background without hogging up a lot of resources.

Another suggestion is to restore your HD with a system image that you may have made before installing The Shield Deluxe.

If you file share,visit questionable websites or download free music/video,use some sort of back-up utility in case your OS gets infected (which will undoubtedly happen eventually).Getting your system back to a state of normalcy could then be just a matter of popping in the medium of your choice and taking your OS back to a time before issues occurred.
