bludgard
Hi,hartaberta.Welcome to Windows Forum.Have you looked through logs in Event Viewer>Custom Views>Administrative Events? You may find a clue to your issue there.Look for logs marked Critical and Error. How old is your machine?Could it be caused by HDD/s overheating from poor ventilation and/or dust buildup? bludgard
From looking at WhoCrashed report,I would definitely suspect a network adapter.Have you updated anything lately?Have you tried restoring your computer to a time before this issue started?Do you have any back-up media to recover from?Have you tried rolling back your network adapter? What have you tried so far?
