Copy/Paste/Spell Check,et.al. Missing

I seem to have lost the ability to copy/paste/check spelling and other content when either posting or editing a post.

All is greyed-out.

I have reinstalled ieSpell and browser to no effect.I don't encounter this issue anywhere else.Anyone other than me experiencing these problems?

EDIT:Can I attach Problem Steps Recorder files here?If so,how?

Not experienced the problems you're getting (assuming you mean the forum specifically).

On odd thing I'm getting is that I have, according to the button at the top of the page, four "Notifications"(?). I click, it says its loading and then nothing!

Yes,sir.I mean the forum related issue.All of the right-click context is intact everywhere else-including existing posts on this forum.Only when I post new or am editing do I encounter this issue.I just don't get it.

I would try to delete ALL cookies and whatnot but I have some apps that I may not remember the usernames and passwords for and I HATE going through the process of recovering these user credentials.

I'll sort it out...eventually.
