In windows xp machine its working fine, and its showing all the machines that are connected. where as in windows 7, its not working and its not giving any error messages too. when i click on look@lan its scanning but its not displaying any systems IP's. Irene
Hello venkat, welcome to the forum. The Windows Compatibility Centre suggests trying the Vista compatible version.

-pops-
Are you using the program's own uninstaller or Windows Add/remove?I'm not familiar with that program but, something I have noticed when uninstalling programs on W7 is that, quite often, removing the program via the Windows Add/remove is not very successful and it leaves interfering residues which have prevented complete replacement versions of the program. Irene
Hi Irene,I've uninstalled the look@lan which was installed before. And i reinstalled by downloading the vista compatible version then also i was facing the same problem. You could try uninstalling again, using Revo Uninstaller. It is a free download, obtainable HERE . There is a video on the page in the link, if you would like to see how it operates.Once REVO has removed all traces, you can then install the Vista compatible version. Hopefully that will do the trick. :)
