tehmactipz Posted October 1, 2010 Report Share Posted October 1, 2010 Hi, I'm new here.Just now I tried to turn on my Windows Vista Desktop, it goes through the blue HP Screen, then all the screen shows is a flashing _ and nothing else. bludgard Posted October 1, 2010 Report Share Posted October 1, 2010 Recover to a workable state from backup media such as disc image or system restore would be a pretty good start in my opinion.Since this has only been going on for minutes,system restore would be my first stab at a solution.
