kismetk
I recently received an email 4/5 days ago claiming to be from Virgin Media (my ISP) and clicked on the clink in it! I've never fallen for this sort of thing before. Their website that it was a phishing email and I'm worried about what it might have done. Has anyone come across this one? Can someone advise me what to do, please? Many thanksK

If I received a message from them I would do as you did, BUT, if I was then asked to supply any details of any description, I would disconnect and reconnect from a search on Google. This applies to any e mail from any source asking for details.
-pops-
You should be OK provided you didn't click on any links or respond with anything. It is rare for phishing emails to plant things surreptitiously without any positive action on your part.Even so, I would keep a careful eye on the way your machine behaves in the next few days and do some antimalware scans just to be on the safe side. kismetk
I know better, but I did click on a link which opened a page displaying "Account suspended" (of course it wasn't). Is there a free malware scanner that doesn't need to be installed? Thanks
